Worldwide Kids Company runs creche and club facilities on behalf of luxury hotels and resorts. We operate to the very highest standards adhering to all OFSTED guidelines, policies and procedures. We employ qualified, experienced and enthusiastic staff from the UK to manage our clubs with full reference and CRB checks. We reinforce this with full training to give a good understanding of the highest standard operating procedures, and paediatric first aid, to locally employed staff in resorts. This ensures a good knowledge of the local area so that your children can also learn about the region and culture. We provide a safe and fun environment for your children so that the whole family can enjoy all that your choice of resort has to offer.

Staff Training
All WWKC Childcare staff have extensive knowledge and experience in childcare for children of all ages. They undergo an intensive and thorough training course to ensure they are fully conversant with the latest Ofsted guidelines, policies and procedures. All WWKC staff are paediatric first aid trained. All crèche managers and supervisors are qualified nursery nurses (CACHE level 3 standard). This qualification involves a minimum of 2 years study in Child Care and Education including practical work placements.

Child registration, Daily sign in and collection process, Restricted Entry and access procedures, Emergency evacuation procedure, Staff registration and reference checking.
