Training

  All Worldwide Kids Company staff are fully trained so that once in resort you can deliver childcare to the highest standard possible. All aspects of resort work and client service are covered, as well as individual roles and responsibilities.

  You will be expected to complete one week's intensive training followed by a further familiarisation period in your specific resort.

  For staff working shorter periods, such as peak season training is given in the UK prior to departure. You will also receive additional practical training from the Childcare Manager.
