Worldwide Kids Company recruits professional and experienced childcare managers and staff and we recruit some staff locally. They train our staff completely at the beginning of each season, and then their childcare manager continues the training throughout the season to ensure that their childcare standards and policies are upheld. They advise us constantly on new childcare legislation and ensure that our childcare service constantly exceeds client’s expectations. This season has been our most successful ever and we look forward to continuing our collaboration in 2012.
