Q: What qualifications do I require?

A: No formal qualifications are required unless you are managing one of our crèches, where a Cache level 3 or equivalent is required.

Q: Does Worldwide Kids Company keep part of my pay as a retainer?

A: No, but we do ask for a commitment bond when accepting the position, which also acts as a deposit for flights, uniform and equipment; this is then paid back at the end of your contract, when all equipment is returned in a satisfactory condition.

Q: What are the hours like?

A: Like all resort work, be prepared for long hours. You will be expected to be up early and full of enthusiasm.

Q: Does Worldwide kids Company take couples?

A: As a general rule, we do not employ couples to work in the same resort, due to the small nature of the teams.

Q: Can I choose which resort I go to?

A: No, but we will take requests into consideration.

Q: Do you pay for travel expenses to and from Interviews?

A: We do not re-imburse any travel expenses incurred for attending interview, however we will normally give some contribution to travel expenses to and from training depending on where you live.
