Position: WWKC Children’s Club Supervisor

Based: Overseas

Responsibilities:

  • To ensure the smooth running of the Children’s Club within the hotel for children from 4 – 12 years.
  • To be responsible for all necessary day to day administration.
  • To respond in the first instance to incoming enquiries via the resort in a professional and timely manner.
  • To meet with children’s club manager and all relevant heads of department on a regular basis to deploy staff where necessary for the business needs.
  • To liase directly with parents of the children who will be attending the club both prior to their arrival on site and once at the hotel to ensure a smooth transition to the club.
  • To act as a visible face of WWKC within the hotel.
  • To ensure all on site health and safety policies, procedures and risk assessments are in place, operational and updated as necessary.
  • Plan and develop a fun an exciting programme of activities.
  • Coordinate and respond to all childcare enquiries that relate to Children’s Club childcare via telephone, e- mail, website and letter.
  • Plan and execute all activities and entertainments. Be proactive and imaginative.
  • Be fully involved in the daily running of the clubs.

Requirements:

  1. A sporting background with experience of children 4 – 12years.
  2. Endless enthusiasm and a professional and positive attitude towards providing a first class service.
  3. Excellent guest relations and customer service skills.
  4. A good communicator who is adaptable resourceful, patient and diplomatic.
  5. Team player essential.
