Position: WWKC Children’s Club Assistant
Based: Overseas
Responsibilities:
- To ensure the smooth running of the Children’s Club within the hotel for children from 4 – 12 years.
- To ensure all on site health and safety policies, procedures and risk assessments are in place, operational and updated as necessary.
- Assist with the planning and development of a fun an exciting programme of activities.
- Be fully involved in the daily running of the clubs.
- To be responsible for the safety and welfare of the children within your care and that they are always having fun.
- To be pro-active in suggesting suitable activities for the children in your care to enjoy.
- Create (alongside the club supervisor) an exciting timetable of activities and play ideas for the children within your specified age group.
- To be available for babysitting duties as and when required.
- To attend daily and weekly briefings from The WWKC Club Supervisor and Resort Manager.
Requirements:
- Experience of working with children 4 – 12years.
- Endless enthusiasm and a professional and positive attitude towards providing a first class service.
- Excellent guest relations and customer service skills.
- A good communicator who is adaptable resourceful, patient and diplomatic.
- Team player essential.
