Position: WWKC Children’s Club Assistant

Based: Overseas

Responsibilities:

  • To ensure the smooth running of the Children’s Club within the hotel for children from 4 – 12 years.
  • To ensure all on site health and safety policies, procedures and risk assessments are in place, operational and updated as necessary.
  • Assist with the planning and development of a fun an exciting programme of activities.
  • Be fully involved in the daily running of the clubs.
  • To be responsible for the safety and welfare of the children within your care and that they are always having fun.
  • To be pro-active in suggesting suitable activities for the children in your care to enjoy.
  • Create (alongside the club supervisor) an exciting timetable of activities and play ideas for the children within your specified age group.
  • To be available for babysitting duties as and when required.
  • To attend daily and weekly briefings from The WWKC Club Supervisor and Resort Manager.

Requirements:

  1. Experience of working with children 4 – 12years.
  2. Endless enthusiasm and a professional and positive attitude towards providing a first class service.
  3. Excellent guest relations and customer service skills.
  4. A good communicator who is adaptable resourceful, patient and diplomatic.
  5. Team player essential.
